The Town has 2 water districts: Water District 1 (Yorkshire) and Water District 2 (Grove Street)
Water Billing and Collection. Those in the municipal water district can expect a bill quarterly. Bills are sent in first week of January, April, July and October. If you are on Town water and do not receive a bill, please contact the Town Clerk's Office. Note that the Village of Delevan operates its own billing and collection. Payments for both water Districts can be made by mail or in person at the Yorkshire Town Hall. Water District 1 (Yorkshire) bills can also be paid at the Five Star Bank, Yorkshire Branch Penalties are current applied at a rate of 10% of current billing amount, if payments are made after the 15th of the month following the quarterly billing (currently that would be February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15) |
